Meet the Team
Ena Coleman
Ena Coleman decided to take the leap in many aspects of her life, including quitting her corporate job at the age of 40. She quickly realized that there were many women who were taking control of their lives but were in need of mentorship, and inspiration. Hence, The Energy Exchange was born. Now, it has grown to a thriving and supportive community of goalfriends.
Ashley Land
Ashley hails from the windy city of Chicago, Illinois. Her sun sign is Cancer, which probably explains why summer is her favorite season. When she’s not on the dance floor getting her life, she’s studying to become a badass television producer and creating content for us and by us.
